As I will not be at the discussion on this issue, I just want to say that this is a fantastic idea. I know that St. Matts has been talking about expansion but prevented by building rules, etc. Using Rosalie will be good steward of God's resources. I have very good experience of this type of out reach and God has blessed. So long as Council of Rosalie is sympathetic to what St. Matts is
doing and can be a fair long term arrangement go for it.
